*New Talent Disclaimer: In Bravo Salon’s New Talent Salon are licensed stylists who have nearly completed or have recently completed the rigorous advanced education and training program required to be a stylist in our salon. They perform hair services for you at an affordable rate as they refine their skills and perfect their timing while giving you an extraordinary Bravo Salon experience. All New Talent stylists have a senior level stylist adviser available to them to offer assistance if needed. If you are unhappy with your service for any reason, the New Talent Stylist you have seen will be happy to adjust those services for you at no additional cost. If you wish to see another member of our team for your service adjustment, an additional charge equal to the difference in price will apply.

Children and Pets
Bravo Salon is a small, fast-paced salon. It was designed to serve primarily an adult clientele. We have neither the facilities nor staff to care for children during your hair service. Out of respect for your child and our other clients, please refrain from bringing your children under 10 years of age unless they are receiving hair services.
In compliance with Arizona State Cosmetology Board regulations, only legitimate service dogs are permitted in Bravo Salon.
Late Arrival Policy
We understand sometimes life interferes with best laid plans. If, however, you find yourself more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to either reschedule or modify your services. We will do our best to accommodate you, but other guests’ time must be respected as well. Additionally, if your stylist is running behind, we will do our best to inform you of the delay and work with you to complete your services with as little inconvenience as possible.
Refund Policy
Bravo Salon does not give refunds on services, products or appliances. If you are dissatisfied with your services for any reason, your stylist will adjust those services for you WITHIN TWO WEEKS OF THE INITIAL APPOINTMENT at no charge. If you wish to see a senior team member for your adjustment, an additional charge equal to the difference in price will apply. Products may be exchanged only. Sales are FINAL on brushes, appliances, hair pieces and hair extensions; NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES are available for those items.
Deposits
Thermal Straightening appointments, hair extension appointments, and other appointments determined at the discretion of management require a $100 deposit to hold the reserved time and is refundable only if the appointment is cancelled prior to 48 hours in advance. Cancellation of these appointments within 48 hours will result in the deposit being applied to another appointment only. Failure to appear for the appointment without contacting the salon will result in the complete forfeiture of the deposit and a 50% service fee charge.
