All appointments require a credit card to be put on file.
Deposits made for cancellations 48-24 hours prior to the appointment are not refundable, but still viable for a rescheduled appointment within 30 days.
Less than 24-hour notice will result in a charge of 50% of the reserved service amount.
This cancellation fee will be non-refundable.
In the event of an unavoidable emergency, your cancellation fee maybe applied to a future appointment within 30 days at the discretion of management.
