We understand life can interfere with best-laid plans. If, however, you find yourself more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to either reschedule or modify your services. We will do our best to accommodate you, but other guests’ time must also be respected as well.
Additionally, if your stylist is running behind, we will do our best to inform you of the delay and work with you to complete your services with as little inconvenience as possible.
