To respect the time of our stylists and clients, we have a no-show policy where a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled services will be charged. This fee will be applied to the card on file or must be paid before booking future appointments. Thank you for understanding and helping us serve you better.
Deposits hold the appointment time and secure those services requested. All deposits go toward the service amount the day performed. They secure the appointment within the 48 hour cancellation period to ensure the time allotted.
