All appointments require a 50% deposit to hold the reserved time and is refundable only if the appointment is cancelled prior to 48 hours in advance.
Cancellation of these appointments within 48 hours will result in the deposit being applied to another appointment only.
Failure to appear for the appointment without contacting the salon will result in the complete forfeiture of the deposit and a 50% service fee charge.
